On Friday, February 17th seven Amelia Academy seniors were recognized for their contributions to the athletic program of Amelia Academy during senior night when the Patriots faced Fuqua School for the last home game of the season.  Receiving recognition were — Senior Rebecca  Arbitelle with uncle  Richard Gratz, grandmother Trudy Arbitelle, aunt Jeanette Gratz, mother Sara Arbitelle and uncle David Arbitelle , Senior Barit McMillian with her parents Derek and Wendy and sister Molly, senior Emma Humphrey and mother Michelle , senior James Ramsey and father Joey, senior Avery Gough and parents Clark and Jessica, senior Chase Dorton and parents Todd Dorton and  and Jennifer Dunford, senior Cam Morris and parents Jason Morris and Jenna Emerson.

The Amelia  Academy varsity basketball team defeated Fuqua School on Friday, February 17th  54 –  43.
